Program Eligibility:

The eBay MasterCard Rewards Program is automatically available to each eBay MasterCard Card customer ("Cardholder") whose eBay MasterCard Card Account is open, in good standing, and is not more than 2 consecutive payments past due at the time the Reward Points are earned or the Reward Vouchers are issued.

Reward Points:

For every dollar in net purchases charged to your eBay MasterCard Card Account, you will earn 1 Reward Point. Net purchases mean merchandise and/or services purchased minus returns and adjustments. Unless otherwise stated in a special offer, Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, finance charges, and fees do not qualify for Reward Points. The amount of Reward Points accrued during a billing period is calculated daily, and is rounded up to the next whole Reward Point.

Reward Vouchers:

Redemption:

In order to use your Reward Points, you must go to the eBay MasterCard Service Site and redeem them for Reward Vouchers. The amount of Reward Points required to redeem a Reward Voucher is listed at the eBay MasterCard Servicing Site. Reward Points are available for redemption on the first day of the next billing period after the applicable Purchase is made. In some circumstances, we may delay making Reward Points available for redemption. Only the primary Cardholder may redeem Reward Points. Multiple participants may not combine Reward Points for redemption purposes. You may redeem your Reward Points for Reward Vouchers if your eBay MasterCard Card Account is delinquent.

Restrictions:

Use of the Reward Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher. Reward Points do not constitute property of the Cardholder. Reward Points and Reward Vouchers are not transferable or assignable under any circumstances, including (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise by operation of law. Reward Point credits will not be issued for any unused Reward Vouchers and Reward Vouchers may not be returned or exchanged. Lost or stolen Reward Vouchers will not be replaced. If the PayPal Account that is associated with your eBay MasterCard Card is closed, you will not be able to use your Reward Voucher. Reward Vouchers cannot be credited to an eBay MasterCard Card or PayPal Account or redeemed for cash. Reward Vouchers must be used by the expiration date.

All accrued Reward Points that you do not redeem for Reward Vouchers will expire and be removed from your balance: (i) if you do not make a purchase with your eBay MasterCard Card Account for 12 consecutive months, (ii) 36 months after the Reward Points were earned, (iii) if you are more than 2 consecutive payments past due on your eBay MasterCard Card Account, or (iv) if your eBay MasterCard Card Account is closed for any reason (other than as a result of a lost or stolen card, in which case all accrued points will be applied to the replacement card). If you fail to follow these Terms, abuse the Program privileges, or provide false or misleading information your eligibility in the Program may be canceled and you will forfeit all accrued Reward Points or Program benefits. The eBay MasterCard Rewards Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The accumulation of Reward Points does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such points or Program benefits. In accumulating Reward Points, you may not rely on the continued availability of any award or award level, and you may not be able to obtain all offered awards. Any award may be withdrawn or subject to increased Reward Point requirements or new restrictions at any time. Changes to the Program may affect the perceived value of, or your ability to use, the Reward Points you already have accumulated or result in the forfeiture of accumulated Reward Points.
