When you apply, you will first be considered for an eBay MasterCard, which can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. If you do not qualify for an eBay MasterCard, you will then be considered for a PayPal Buyer Credit account, which can be used on-eBay and anywhere PayPal is accepted. 15% Back Offer for New eBay MasterCard Accounts
If you apply and are approved for the eBay MasterCard between November 18, 2008 and December 31, 2008 and make a purchase between November 18, 2008 and December 31, 2008, using your eBay MasterCard on-eBay, as your source of funds through your PayPal account, as well as anywhere MasterCard is accepted, you will receive a 15% credit on the transaction(s) (up to $30.00). Please wait up to 2 billing cycles from when the qualifying transaction(s) are made for the credit to appear on your eBay MasterCard billing statement. There is no minimum purchase required.
